The adjoining sun drenched dining space offers a large 12 seater table which flows out to a small courtyard. The lounge room flows seamlessly from the dining area but can be closed off via double doors and offers a 72 inch smart TV plus kids games and colouring in provisions.

There are 4 well appointed bedrooms including the master with king size bed, ensuite and built-in-robe with large windows opening up to a large lawn area. The 2nd bedroom provides a Queen size bed as well as an ensuite and built-in-robe space 

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both offer Queen size beds and are serviced by a central bathroom with a luxurious freestanding bath and a separate toilet. 

This home offers full luxury appointments such as State of the Art kitchen appliances, stone finishes in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, ducted heating and cooling throughout and the convenience of off street parking for 2 cars.  The large swimming pool sits alongside a covered BBQ/alfresco area and mod grass multi-purpose play area complete with basketball hoop. There is a clothes dryer and a washing machine to accommodate laundry needs.

The Retreat is located in a highly sought after area only one block from the shores of Lake Mulwala whilst being a leisurely stroll to Belmore Street’s shops and eateries.

Whilst visiting Yarrawonga, take advantage of what the region has to offer. Tee off at the Black Bull Golf Course located at the Sebel Hotel or meander around one of 3 courses at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club. Pop the boat in for some water sports or fishing or simply enjoy a Sunset cruise aboard the Paradise Queen. Peddle your way along one of the many bike trails or sip away the day exploring the many local vineyards and wineries 

A Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

Please note; Retreat House is fitted with 1 x CCTV camera located at the front of the house which captures the front driveway and carport

Rules:

”Retreat House” is managed by AccomYarrawonga. Staff at AccomYarrawonga are available throughout the duration of your stay should you have any queries. Guests are required to pay a security bond 1 day prior to arrival. The property is in a residential location, therefore no noise after 11. A call out fee will apply if there is a noise complaint. There is to be no pets, unless there is a written consent from the owner. Charges will also apply for excess cleaning & excess rubbish.

All linen & towels are provided. BYO pool towels. Basic pantry items, and a start up kit of tea and coffee is supplied. Strict cleaning practises are in place to ensure the property is sparkling clean for the guests.

Getting Around:

You can get around Yarrawonga/Mulwala by Car, bike or enjoy our many walking tracks. There are taxis available and courtesy buses to all of the Clubs
