In summer you can enjoy meals by the private outdoor solar heated pool, making use of the well appointed outdoor dining area to seat up to 10 people. This area is also equipped with large umbrellas to protect you from the sun, while you relax on one of the many banana lounges available for your use. Pool towels are provided for your convenience
The pool is complimented with an undercover BBQ area and second fridge. 

In winter, you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the north facing alfresco area, or by the gas log fire in the lounge room.

There is central heating and cooling throughout the entire house to keep you comfortable all year around.

The location of Coghill House is superb for all guests, whether you are traveling for work or for pleasure. Positioned just 1 block from the lake foreshore, boat ramp and splash park, you can access a walking / bike path that will take you around Chinamans Island and out to Silverwoods or to the Sebel Hotel.
Alternatively, you are only 2 blocks from the Main Street, restaurants, hotels and supermarkets.
The hosts are meticulous for detail, and have quality comfortable beds including linen and towels

3 queen sized bedrooms - master with ensuite and television, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.  

There is a large central bathroom with 2 way door access into the 2nd bedroom, and a separate toilet

The house includes central heating and evaporative cooling, a smart TV and complimentary WIFI

There is a lock up garage, and plenty of additional parking area for cars and boats 

Rules:

”Coghill House” is managed by AccomYarrawonga. Staff at AccomYarrawonga are available throughout the duration of your stay should you have any queries. Guests are required to pay a security bond 1 day prior to arrival. The property is in a residential location, therefore no noise after 11. A call out fee will apply if there is a noise complaint. There is to be no pets, unless there is a written consent from the owner. Charges will also apply for excess cleaning & excess rubbish.

All linen & towels are provided, including pool towels. Basic pantry items, and a start up kit of tea and coffee is supplied. Strict cleaning practises are in place to ensure the property is sparkling clean for the guests.

Getting Around:

You can get around Yarrawonga/Mulwala by Car, bike or enjoy our many walking tracks. There are taxis available and courtesy buses to all of the Clubs
